About

Understanding should never require you to abandon yourself.

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS TO ME

I didn’t come to this work because relationships were easy for me. I came to it because I know what it is to be thoughtful and self-aware, yet still lose your footing inside a relationship. I know what it is to see the person beneath their defenses, keep reaching for understanding, and believe that if you could love more carefully, explain yourself more clearly, or remain patient a little longer, the relationship might finally feel mutual.

For most of my life, I worked hard to be easy to love. I adapted, over-functioned, and made myself responsible for everyone else’s comfort—even when it meant losing myself. From the outside, that could look like strength. Inside, it often meant carrying the emotional weight of a relationship while quietly questioning whether my own needs mattered.

Eventually, I had to face what all of that adapting had cost me. I began to understand that compassion for another person should not require abandoning myself. I had spent too long believing that love required me to become smaller. What I needed was understanding that could hold all of me.

Now, it’s my honor to offer that same understanding to others.

You may have spent months-or years-trying to understand why the relationship affected you so deeply. When the pain runs that deep, surface-level answers can feel like another form of dismissal.

Here, you are not asked to abandon your own truth to explain, excuse, or make peace with what hurt you.

Together, we explore the patterns that shaped you, make space for what’s true, and help you build relationships that feel safe, mutual, and real.

You don’t have to earn your place here. You just have to be willing to come as you are.

You deserve understanding that does not ask you to minimize yourself.

There’s room for your truth here.
